At quip, we design and deliver delightful products and services that keep your mouth healthy. We are a 

fast growing startup and are looking for an experienced Marketer to lead programmatic marketing 

campaigns and activations.

As quip’s media mix continues to grow, we are looking for someone that is excited by finding new supply 

partners and target audiences. This role will work closely with the rest of the marketing team to ensure 

that our programmatic media is acting in chorus with the rest of our mix and actively seeking to reduce 

waste and inefficiencies within our stack and partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing prospecting and retargeting efforts within DSPs and 

will be eager to apply previous testing tactics and strategies to quip. Vetting vendors and partners to 

ensure business goals can be met will be an important part of this role.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day set up, management, and optimization across our programmatic channels
  • Tactical execution of acquisition strategies (ad creation, targeting, bidding, budgeting)
  • Develop and maintain key performance metric reports that track efficiencies of implemented strategies
  • Manage and aggregate channel level reporting to help build an integrated view of our acquisition landscape
  • Participate in digital marketing strategy sessions and identification of long-term growth opportunities
  • Leverage data from multiple sources to evaluate LTV’s from various demographics and channels
  •  

    Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Economics, Marketing or related field
  • 2-4 years experience in programmatic campaign management
  • Experience navigating and setting up martech stacks for brands or clients, including ad servers, measurement tools, media mix models, and DSP integrations.
  • Experience working with large groups of domain experts, cross-functional inputs are a plus
  • Demonstrate experience interpreting results and applying findings to a business setting
  • Experience in an e-commerce business and/or with digital marketing (experience with content marketing is a plus)
  • Customer-centric mindset and the ability to understand quip’s target consumer
  • Robust analytical skills and a desire to use data in creative ways to drive and measure results
  • Strong project management, attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small mentality
