Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) is the nation’s leading women’s health care provider, educator, and advocate, serving women, men, teens and families. For the last 100 years, PPFA has done more than any other organization in the United States to improve women’s health and safety, prevent unintended pregnancies, and advance the right and ability of individuals and families to make informed and responsible health care decisions.
PPFA seeks a dynamic and effective Associate Director, Product Management. The incumbent will oversee strategic product development and day-to-day maintenance for PPFA's flagship national websites, including PlannedParenthood.org and PlannedParenthoodAction.org, which see 6 million visitors per month on average. The Associate Director will report to the Managing Director, Office of the CSO, and will work closely with designers, developers, education and content stakeholders, and vendors to build exceptional user experiences and measure their success. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of business, user experience, technical, and analytics chops, a big-picture perspective, and the ability to make their product strategy a reality within a fast-paced, iterative product development cycle.
